July 2019 thru November 2019 - Operation Silver Eagle
Investigation of a local non-profit organization that abruptly withdrew from a financial commitment to a beneficiary resulting from intolerance by several board members towards a specific religious belief held by the beneficiary. The withdrawal came at the same time the board members became aware of certain religious beliefs held by the beneficiary.
The organization was forced into dormancy and cessation of operations as a result of our investigation, pressure, and related tactical influence campaign.
Several non-profit law groups that focus on the defense of individuals subjected to religious rights violations, reporters at Fox News, and several individuals previously associated with Newt Gingrich's political action committees and various campaigns, were queued up and ready to launch a national media campaign exposing the board members and sensationalizing the intolerance as part of a larger narrative and trend happening in the United States with intolerance toward certain religious beliefs. However, the beneficiary decided to drop the case due to fear and safety issues that were guaranteed to occur once the case hit the national level in the media.
We also spearheaded a financial campaign which fundraised an excess of $1500 as a small token of assistance which was designed to fill in the void where the financial commitment by the organization was rescinded.
This was our first operation and was closed out as a success.
December 2019 thru January 2020 - Operation Altas Vindicated
Investigation & Cyber Intelligence Collection of GPS Data from Google Accounts, & Submission of Findings Report for inclusion into UK Court Trial as Expert Testimony.
Client was accused of committing several non-disclosable actions in several specific places at a several specific times. No evidence was presented other than testimony by several eye witnesses. No video, photographic, or forensic evidence was presented by prosecutor or plaintiffs. The accused hired us to prove their innocence by presenting geo-spacial data ultimately proving they were in a completely different location at the same dates and times from the location they were accused of being present at. This evidence was corroborated by eyewitness testimony and video of the defendant using the mobile device at the same time, but since location data could not be gleaned from the video, defendant turned to us for data analysis and expert testimony.
This was a clear cut case of the client being vindicated and ultimately proven innocent in a court of law by his own internet activity, geo-location data, and cellular data usage from within his google account, smart phone, and smart watch.
This was our second operation and was closed out as our first global scale success.

Criminal Evidence Collection & Investigation of UK Based Crypto Mining Firm accused of defrauding over 1000 customers from the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Several Other Nations of more than 2,000,000.00 euro.

Updated 2023-01-14 - we recently received documents from the US Department of Justice International Affairs Division pertaining to a national criminal prosecution currently taking place in the Republic of Latvia against operators and/or affiliates of Shamining.com that has arisen in part from our original Interpol/EU/UK task force filing report. The US DOJ has served us with a formal a request from the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Latvia for any and all evidence we currently hold in our evidence collection platform pertaining to this case. The US DOJ has also informed us that they have taken no position on this matter and any questions we have should be directed to the Chief Inspector's Office at the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Latvia.
